Getting started

Trial signals

Skype

1. Download and installation of Skype
Go to http://www.skype.com/download/ and download the Skype client. Install it on your system.
2. Registering a Skype username
If you already have a Skype username you can use it to receive the signal. If you haven't got a Skype account, create a new Skype username by starting Skype. You will be prompted to enter your details and a Skype account will be created for you.
3. Registering at predilection.ch
To receive the signals, you will have to register an account at predilection.ch. Enter your details and - most importantly - your Skype username. You can always change your details later on by logging in.
4. Accepting the sender address
To receive the signal you will have to allow our Skype username to send messages to your Skype account.
5. Signal distribution
You are now ready to receive the trial signals.

Subscription signals

1. How to subscribe
A few days after you have registered for a trial account, we will get in touch with you and ask you what signals you would like to receive.
2. Subscription to futures
You can subscribe to different futures. Please indicate what futures you would like to receive and from when on and how long you would like to receive them.
3. Invoice and payment
You will receive an invoice by email. The charge may be payed onto our account using online banking or other methods of electronic money transfer. Cash payments, credit cards and cheques are not accepted. Don't forget to include the full details of our account, this will avoid additional processing fees being charged.
4. Signal activation
Once we have received your payment, your account will be activated to receive the signals. Signals are only activated after we have received the full payment.
5. Ready
Your account is now included to receive the signals. If you do not receive the signals from the day you indicated, please get in touch with us.

Subscription renewals

1. How to renew
A few days before the end of your subscription, you will receive an e-mail reminding you to renew your subscription.
2. Changing subscription futures
You may renew the whole package you are already subscribed to or you may choose to change the futures and the length of your renewal.
3. Payment and activation
You will receive an invoice by e-mail. Once we have received the full payment, your subscription will be renewed.

Standalone system

Trader Workstation

This trading system allows automatic trading on the included futures. Hardware, software, configuration of the programs and help with the configuration ot the Interactive Brokers account are included.

It is possible to start trading using a Paper Trading Account. The Paper Trading account has a virtual of seed capital of 100.000 USD. The system may - at a later point - be migrated to an individual account (trading real assets).
